GUILL has recently concluded a successful FAT for two packaging lines. Each line consists of a KR 70 VFFS machine with carousel to pack couscous in a block bottom – flat top bag at 60 ppm in 500gr and 1 Kg.
The KR70 forms the bag from laminated reel, fills with the accurate volume of fine granulated couscous and seals by means of a trimmed top seal with side folding.
The packaging line is completed with code printing unit, exit conveyor, Checkweigher + Metal Detector Combi unit and rotary turntable.
